Trauma Informed Yoga
Every Thursday 6:15pm-7pm
Our trauma-informed yoga class is dedicated to supporting the healing of survivors of trauma. We welcome everyone.
We recommend signing up ahead as space is limited. Walk-ins are welcome, please call ahead to ensure there is space.
